67 Henricks Cres (Leslie/16th Ave)When describing this amazing property at 67 Henricks Crescent, in Richmond Hill, ON, one word that keeps popping up is large. It’s easy to run out of synonyms that describe how spacious it is. For starters, this property is located on a corner lot at Henricks Crescent. Its yard provides a buffer space, thus the house only has one adjacent neighbor. With 4,050 sq. feet of living space, 4+1 bedrooms, a garage with space for three vehicles, and 4.5 bathrooms, space is never a problem in this home.

While the home is quite roomy, comfort and efficiency are never sacrificed. Its giant windows ensure that you will maximize the use of natural light. With three fireplaces, you can quickly heat up the entire home. Its basement has been professionally remodeled and turned into a recreation room. However, it could easily be turned into a fully equipped home gym, or into a separate bedroom for guests, or for a nanny.

67 Henricks Cres (Leslie/16th Ave)Its 9 feet-tall ceilings on the main floor ensure that remodeling the home and bringing new appliances will be a lot easier, and gives you plenty of freedom to decorate your home exactly as you want it. Do you like to entertain guests at home? Throwing a bbq with friends or having a family reunion will be super convenient, since its large kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, and has direct access to the yard.

While we all dread stepping into the cold in the morning, this home’s remote-operated garage has direct access into the home, letting you avoid the cold as you head to work in the morning, or when going from the car into your home in the evening. To be completely honest, pictures don’t give justice to this place. The best way to appreciate it is to go and see it for yourself.
