Two luxury, three-storey townhomes in one of Toronto’s most prestigious neighbourhoods
Thursday Oct 18th, 2018
If you’re looking to upgrade your home or want a better place to raise your family, it’s hard to find a better choice than Bayview Ridge Gate. This soon to be completed development is located at 2458A Bayview Avenue, and belongs of the prestigious York Mills neighbourhood.
Bayview Ridge Gate is found across the historic Windfields estate, more commonly known today as the Canadian Film Centre. It’s also located just a skip and a hop away from the exclusive Post Road, Bridle Path, Valley Road and Arjay Cresce communities. At Bayview Ridge gate, we have 2 units available, 2458A and 2458B.
Both units are absolutely gorgeous, and either one is an excellent choice for growing families. The biggest difference between them is the living space area. 2458A has a total of 4065 sq. feet in living space + 341 sq. feet of rooftop terrace space, while 2458B has 3,828 sq. feet + 506 sq. feet of rooftop terrace space.
All townhouses in this community are 3 stories high, with 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The exteriors feature architecturally selected brick, stucco and precast concrete facade, including precast privacy fencing and front entrance gates. All units have a second level balcony with privacy partitions, wall mounted light fixtures and gas connections.
The rooftop terraces, which feature wood decks, also have frosted glass partitions, which give you some privacy from your neighbors. Having a BBQ on the deck is easy since it comes with gas connections and electrical outlets. Plus you can’t beat the view it offers you to the east and the west.
Though we assume that 3-storey townhomes to be are an unattractive option to senior citizens or people with mobility problems due to all the stairs, mobility is not an issue here. These townhouses feature private, all-level, hydraulic elevators, making every part of the house accessible to anyon
Bringing in new furniture, or remodeling bedrooms is not a problem, thanks to the elevator, the 10ft ceilings on the second level and the 9ft ceilings on all other levels.
You’ll fall in love with the kitchen, which features square edge, polished quartz countertops, designer selected cabinetry, and designer selected black splash in marble tile. Its Miele kitchen appliance package includes a stainless steel fridge, a stainless steel convection wall oven, with a 5 burner, stainless steel gas cooktop, a 42 inch integrated extraction fan vented to the exterior, and a fully integrated dishwasher.
The main floor features natural stone flooring, and the second and third floors have hardwood floors. The laundry room on the lower level includes a Whirpool large capacity washer and dryer, as well as a (leased) on demand hot water boiler.
Long story short, we could spend hours talking about all the features these homes have to offer. It would be difficult to find a better located and more feature rich home in the area than this one.
