I sell condos (pre-construction and resale) homes (new and resale) businesses, and commercial properties. I also do property management and rentals. I have extensive experience selling property such as power of sales; grow houses, and homes in rough neighborhoods. However, what I enjoy most is selling residential real estate to first time buyers, the young and to women.

I find these groups require the most guidance and assistance- this satisfies my need to be of service. My success is primarily due to my ability to readily connect with people, feel others needs and help them materialize their dreams. In other words, my desire to make others happy is what in turn ultimately makes me happy. By primarily applying this principle, I have created long term relationships with my clients that have spanned decades. Now I am selling to their sons and daughters- I regard this as a privilege and I am very appreciative of the confidence and trust that is placed in me.

I have over 35 years experience in this exciting business - which I love just as much now as I did whenI started in 1975. Along with my son Sacha Singh, we pledge to continue the same high level of commitment, service, ethics and insights, while dealing with your needs. I love all aspects of this business, especially meeting new people and helping them understand how real estate works. I feel that education is the key when helping a buyer, seller or investor realizes their goals. We take our time to answer every question and try to clarify the myths from the facts. I purchased my first investment property shortly after I became licensed at the age of 19 and as an investor; I put a strong emphasis on financials and have created some very useful tools which will help our clients understand the mechanics of real estate. What makes this industry exciting is that it's not only numbers driven but you must also have a great knowledge of the area and product you are working realize overall success. This knowledge is something that is groomed over many years and we are happy to share it with you.
